Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your SoleilLoom purchase. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
When will I receive my refund?

To ensure the longevity of your SoleilLoom items, please refer to the care label inside each garment. Generally, we recommend hand washing or gentle machine washing in cold water with similar colors, laying flat to dry, and avoiding direct heat or sunlight for our sweaters, cardigans, knit dresses, and skirts.
Do your sizes run true to size?
Our sizing is designed to be consistent with standard US sizing.
